We had the Prahok Kties and a morning glory dish that were amazing!! Don't let the ingredient list of the prahok turn you away (fermented fish paste), it is absolutely delicious. The staff were fantastic, they showed me the local way to eat the Prahok, and helped us practice our Khmer.
